Big news everyone!
Any business does better work with IT support they can count on. That’s why ShowellTech is delighted to announce expanded services. We welcome a new technician, Jacob Kelly, for more on-the-ground technical support for call outs and urgent computer repairs. We also adopted an automated Help Desk System to track service requests and respond to them even more quickly and efficiently. So when you need support, simply email support@showelltech.com.au.
Another important growth area has been to help local businesses reduce their IT hardware expenditures while improving their network performance and reliability. Some of our business customers now have such a reliable IT network that their IT support requirements have decreased substantially. With a background in both IT and business, Jacob understands the importance of effective, reliable technology solutions. He brings a heap of skills –much as he brought his business, BurraIT, over to ShowellTech back in 2016. Jacob is an agile computer repair technician plus a whiz at network systems, servers and hardware. So if you see a new face arrive at your office for support, that’ll be Jacob!

It was sometimes a pain finding our office unattended. No more! With Jacob on board we can keep our doors open and have a qualified technician at your service. We’re always here, but bookings for repairs or consultations are still preferred. Coming soon: our new office phone will help us take more calls. We’ll update our website with details.
